Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

Pay On Delivery Orders

We operate a Pay On Delivery (POD) system to give you confidence when ordering. You are expected to inspect your package upon delivery before making payment.

Once you have received and paid for the product, it is considered accepted in good condition.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (skincare and personal care items), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used.

However, we may consider returns or replacements under the following conditions:

• You received a wrong item
• The product is damaged or leaking upon delivery
• The product is tampered with before delivery

Conditions for Return Approval

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

• The issue must be reported immediately at the point of delivery or within 24 hours of receiving the product
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
• Proof (such as pictures or videos) may be required

Non-Returnable Situations

We will not accept returns in the following cases:

• Change of mind after delivery
• Failure to achieve expected results (results may vary by individual)
• Product has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
• Customer was not available to receive the order

Failed Delivery / Rejection Policy

Customers who place orders are expected to be available to receive them. Repeated order rejection or unavailability may result in:

• Restriction from future Pay On Delivery orders
• Requirement for upfront payment on future purchases

Refunds

We currently do not offer cash refunds. Approved cases will be handled through replacement of the product only.
